Michelle Hoskin is founder of Standards International, a business which offers consultancy, training and certification services to financial advisers.
Standards International is the certification body for two standards in the UK; ISO22222 personal financial planning and BS8577 framework for the provision of financial advice and planning services.
Martin spoke to Michelle, who is also known on Twitter as Little Miss Wow, about how financial advisers are implementing best standards in their businesses and what consumers looking for a financial adviser should be looking out for.
